Taking care of yourself is important for your health and wellbeing. Identifying and meeting your needs is the essence of self-care, something that most of us have difficulty with. We need (and deserve) to treat ourselves with great body products that are affordable and provide great results. A little extra TLC can have a big impact on your skin and mental health.

Founded by Nedjilka de Koker, Reinigen Naturally has come a long way from its beginnings. With her passion for helping other people, she wanted to do more and make a lasting impact in other people's life's, starting with their health and mental well-being, making them aware of the benefits of using eco-friendly, cruelty-free, vegan products.

In our society, we are taught that taking care of yourself first is selfish and a bad thing to do. It couldn't be further from the truth.

You need to take care of yourself, keeping your cup full. If you don’t do things to keep your cup full, you have nothing left to give or share with others.

Working a full-time job with two small kids to care for, and working on a side business that she would love to see flourish, she became "too busy" to take "time out" to relax and fill her own cup. When things blew up at work, it consumed all too much of her limited energy.

As she continued forward, pouring out of her cup to take care of everyone and everything around her, she was left feeling that dry, cracked feeling at the bottom of her cup. It’s bone dry.

An empty cup leads to burnout and breakdown.

She realised that she alone was responsible for her own empty cup. It was her responsibility to "take" the time to do what feeds her soul (cup) - first.

This is the message that she wanted to share with others when she started Reinigen Naturally.
